Zego is a pioneering UK Insurtech delivering flexible, data-driven commercial motor insurance. Founded in 2016 as the first UK Insurtech to gain an insurance licence, and has sold 81M+ policies to 575K+ drivers – using proprietary technology and telematics to make good drivers better.
Our Role
DCR deployed a phased and structured approach to strengthening Zego’s Operational Resilience. We began by establishing a clear view of Zego’s Important Business Services (IBS) and pinpointing vulnerabilities. From there we were able to define impact tolerances, create a suite of bespoke resilience artefacts and establish an effective Operational Resilience framework that significantly elevated Zego’s resilience maturity.
