Raj specialises in providing programme, project management, and risk consultancy services to a range of clients. He brings over 20 years’ experience in the delivery and assurance of large-scale business change, technology risk, resilience and cyber security projects with data at the centre. He is passionate about helping clients drive commercial value in their investments in these areas whilst also managing risk. Outside of work his time is focused on his young family and where time permits, his love of sport (rugby, football, boxing and martial arts to name a few)!
Bryan brings over 30 years of experience as a security professional, Consultant and incident / crisis leader. His sector experience is wide ranging as well as spending time in the military and working for the UK Government focusing on all aspects of Operational Resilience. He has worked across all aspects of security, but his passion is supporting organisations to become truly resilient in an ever-changing world. When he's not being passionate about resilience, you can find him riding his motorbike, on the archery range or out walking his Great Dane, Indy.
Gemma is an accomplished marketing, communications and engagement leader with over 20 years’ experience in developing Marketing and Communications Strategy, multi-channel marketing plans and building brand awareness. Experienced in providing board level, international marketing expertise across EMEA, North America and LATAM in Professional Services, Healthcare and Technology markets. Gemma’s spare time mainly consists of spending time with her young family and cockapoo. She enjoys travel, board games, baking and is quite partial to gingerbread.
Marcia is a Board Director with over 20 years’ experience in Executive and Non-Executive roles. Having led the growth of a health consultancy in the early 20’s, she led its sale to the Mott MacDonald Group, where she became one of the top nine executive leaders, and the first female one. Over the last 12 years, Marcia has focused her work in helping entrepreneurs grow, and scale their businesses, contributing at Board level to the sustainable growth and success of over 60 SMEs. She is a Growth Expert at The Consultancy Growth Network and a long-term Associate of Equiteq Investment Bank.
