Zego is a pioneering UK Insurtech delivering flexible, data-driven commercial motor insurance. Founded in 2016 as the first UK Insurtech to gain an insurance licence, and has sold 81M+ policies to 575K+ drivers – using proprietary technology and telematics to make good drivers better.
Our Role
DCR delivered an outcome-driven uplift designed to work within the constraints of a lean organisation. Training was delivered to the Crisis Management Team and other key stakeholders through short, targeted micro-learning (3-5 minute audio modules), allowing live sessions to focus on decision-making and team response. Scenarios were deliberately broad, enabling the Crisis Management Team to build confidence across a wide range of potential crises and progress rapidly from initial walkthroughs to confident performance in a severe-but-plausible simulation.
