What is Independent Board Advisory?

Boards are being asked to oversee organisations that are changing faster than most governance models were designed for.

Change portfolios are larger, more complex, and more interdependent than they were five years ago. The risks – financial, operational, regulatory, reputational - are higher. And the gap between what management reports upward and what the Board needs to make genuinely informed decisions is, in many organisations, wider than it should be.
