DCR Partners is an exciting blend of people, and between us we bring personality, curiosity, problem solving, technical and commercial skills. We all have different beliefs, different experience, different skills, come from different cultures and have our own input to bring to the table. 

We have a team of highly experienced professionals who have operated across a range of organisations, from senior positions in global consultancies, major global brands to start-up and scale-up organisations.

We keep things simple to focus on what is most important, balancing risk with the commercial realities of an organisation. This helps our clients make the most informed decisions when addressing their tactical, operational and strategic needs. We are agile, we focus on getting things done and are passionate about helping our clients improve performance whilst managing risk in their business effectively.

Our Hiring Process

We are looking for the best talent to join us at DCR, so our hiring process is thorough and purposeful. It ensures that we recruit the right people, and that you have a complete understanding of who we are, what we do, and what we expect from you. 

Throughout the process, we will be looking for individuals who align with our company values, mission and culture, and who bring the skills and experience necessary to succeed in the role.

Successful Applicants. We will call you to share the news, providing you with details of the offer before confirming in writing.

Unsuccessful Applicants. Following the interview process, if you aren't successful we will call you to discuss our feedback.

  1. Application: Through our careers page, or in conversation with our team, you will share your CV for consideration.
  2. Initial Chat: This is an informal opportunity to chat with our team, ask questions about the role, the team and overall gain a sense of cultural fit.
  3. First Interview: This interview is typically a virtual call with our hiring manager and a member of our team. This will cover your experience, certifications, skills and how they align with the role.
  4. Second Interview: This interview is with our hiring manager and Director. This interview is used to assess cultural fit and is a chance for you to get to know your potential colleagues, and for them to get to know you.
