### Why Watch This Webinar?

In an era of increasing operational risks, evolving regulatory demands, and growing customer expectations, financial institutions must rethink how they approach resilience. This session offers a practical, real-world look at how one organisation is doing exactly that.

You’ll hear directly from:

- [**Clara Fawcett**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/clara-fawcett-00a27457/), Head of Operational Resilience at Darlington Building Society

Together, they share their first-hand insights on how financial institutions can go beyond tick-box compliance to build true resilience that enables agility, protects customers, and supports long-term growth.

### Key Takeaways

This session is packed with actionable insights for anyone working in **resilience**, **risk**, **finance**, or **operations**, including:

- How to reduce third-party concentration risk
- How to build resilience frameworks around your most critical services
- What “resilience by design” means in real-world operations

### Turn Compliance into Competitive Advantage

Operational resilience doesn’t have to be just about meeting regulatory requirements - it can be a catalyst for strategic transformation.

Whether you're leading resilience efforts or supporting them from a related function, this session will give you the tools to build a stronger, more adaptive organisation.
